1. Who is Portowel? Portowel® has been successful since 2016. It is a commercial company guided by ethics, partnered with the best textile factories in Portugal, and committed to excellence, customer service, and the best environmental practices.
2. What we do: Portowel® promotes the sale of stock services, tailor-made textiles, and dealership contracts.
3. What textile certifications are available? Please check the table below and find the most common certificates.
   • We will send the right one you need upon request to confirm authenticity.
4. Do you work with organic cotton and European linen? YES. 
5. Do you supply home textiles to international buyers? YES.
6. Can you develop custom home textiles? YES.
7. To start the sampling process, we can ask you to transfer a fee. How much does that mean?
   • It depends on the mill and the item specs.
   • 3 x UP (unit price), or between 150€ and 500€.
   • The fee will be deducted from the first order bill.
8. Do you offer private label production? YES.
9. Can you manufacture according to our specifications? YES. Anyway, as soon as we get your request, we can ask you for a tech pack. 
   
10. What is the minimum order quantity? Depends on the item's specs. Examples:

    • 1000m of fabric for bed linen, 500m for each colour.

    • 500 bath sheets, piece-dyed.
    • 600 bath sheets if jacquard-dyed yarns.
11. Can you supply hotel towels? YES.
12. Can you provide quality samples? YES.
    • We can ship quality samples, but shipping costs may be charged.
13. Which countries do you supply?
    • We supply to all continents: Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.
